Welcome to Karpos & Co.
Established in 2025 in the heart of Franklin, TN, our luxury salon is a sanctuary for renewal. Rooted in the belief that true beauty is a reflection of the soul, we are dedicated to cultivating an atmosphere of warmth, beauty, and grace.
Our name, "Karpos," meaning "fruit" in Greek, is inspired by the idea that when we are deeply rooted and cared for, we flourish and bear good fruit. At Karpos & Co., we believe in nurturing not only the outer self but the spirit within, allowing our guests to leave feeling refreshed, restored, and radiant.
With an expert team of artists and stylists who are passionate about their craft, we offer bespoke services tailored to enhance your natural beauty. Whether you're here for a transformative experience or a simple refresh, we invite you to relax, feel at home, and experience the artistry and care that sets Karpos & Co. apart.

We offer hair coloring, cutting, extensions, styling, makeup applications, & skincare.

We are located at 320 Liberty Pike Unit 130 in Franklin, TN. You will have easy access to plenty of parking right behind our building!
Our salon hours are 9:00am - 6pm.

Get to know each of our stylists by visiting our Book A Stylist page! We specialize in a variety of services, so we are confident that you will be able to find the right stylist for you.

We implement a 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Please contact your stylist directly if you are unable to make it to your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours is given, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If a guest is considered a “no show” to their appointment, they will be charged 100% of their service booked.

Meet Our Founder: Kat Willingham
Meet Kat Willingham, visionary and founder of Karpos and Company. Born and raised in Brentwood, TN, and now living in Franklin, she has always called Middle Tennessee home. She attended Lipscomb Academy and graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelors in Business before pursuing her passion for the beauty industry at Paul Mitchell. She’s married to her high school sweetheart, Bobby, and together they have a son named Zack and daughter named Parker Ann.
With a heart for discipleship and a deep commitment to keeping Jesus at the center of everything, she has long dreamed of creating a salon that blends luxury with a home-like warmth. Karpos and Company is the fulfillment of that vision, and she’s excited to see how God moves in and through this space. She can’t wait to welcome you soon!
