Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved services. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved services.

For the safety of our stylists and clients, we don’t allow children in the salon unless they are the one receiving one of our services.

Please allow proper time for travel and traffic. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, this may result in rescheduling your appointment, or less service may be provided.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, contact your stylist within 7 days of your appointment and we will make adjustments when necessary. No refunds permitted.

For appointments missed without notice, you will be charged for 100% of the service you were scheduled for.
