If you need to cancel your appointment, a 48 hour notice is required. Cancellations without this notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

For the safety of our stylists and clients, we don’t allow children in the salon unless they are the one receiving one of our services.

Please allow proper time for travel and traffic. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, this may result in rescheduling your appointment, or less service may be provided.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, contact your stylist within 7 days of your appointment and we will make adjustments when necessary. No refunds permitted.

For appointments missed without notice, you will be charged for 100% of the service you were scheduled for.
