Hi! I’m Kat Willingham, the founder of Karpos & Company Salon. I am a Franklin, TN native and I absolutely love my job and the people I do it with! I am lived in color and IBE® extension specialist. My artistry behind the chair is rooted deeply in my faith — I credit Jesus as the ultimate source of my inspiration and the reason behind everything I do.

I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Bobby, and we have a precious son, Zack. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll likely find me enjoying the local farmers market, savoring a honey latte, baking homemade treats, or spending time in nature with my family.

My dedication to my clients goes beyond hair; I strive to create an experience that leaves each guest feeling seen, valued, and radiant from the inside out.
