A California native and the great-granddaughter of a prominent hairstylist of his era, Ashley’s path in beauty was practically written in the stars. She earned her license and began her professional journey in 2011 under the mentorship of industry icon James Morrison in Laguna Beach, CA. Since then, Ashley has built and operated her own successful business, eventually relocating to Tennessee. After spending the last three years at Volume Two in Nashville, she made the transition to Karpos and Co following the birth of her third child.

Ashley is deeply committed to the integrity and health of the hair, believing that true beauty begins with strong, nourished strands.
